Outlook User And Password Popup problem

1. Close Outlook
2. Run CMD as Administrator:

   (Press win to open the start menu. Type in cmd to search for Command Prompt.

   Press ctrl+shift+enter to launch Command Prompt as administrator.)

3. Type in the (elevated) CMD screen “control keymgr.dll” hit the “Enter key”
4. 
5. The Windows Vault is open's
6. Under Generic Credentials
   1. Find: MS.Outlook:……[email protected]
   2. Expand by click on the arrow
   3. Delete by "remove from the volt"
7. Reopen Outlook.
8. For Laptop computers,
   1. Disconnect the Lan Cable
   2. Connect to G-Guest.
   3. 
   4. Wait for the outlook username and password screen to pop up
      1. Retype your user name: gsteps\Username.Sirname
      2. Type your password:
      3. Klick the “Remember my credentials”
   5. Whit for the outlook to reconnect
9. Done
